Payment and delivery

Introduction

We are a company DIKA-MONT d.o.o. (hereinafter: “DIKA-MONT”, “we”, “our”, “ours”) with its registered office at Cvijete Zuzorić3, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB: 03721791454 and we are the owners of the NiTe 1G product and the NiTe 1G website and online store (www.nite1g.com).

This text regarding payment and delivery, which is also part of our Terms of Sale, is intended for all visitors and customers on the website and in the online store NiTe 1G (hereinafter: “customer”, “you”, “your”, “yours “). Payment

The price of our product on the website and in the online store can be expressed in Croatian currency (kuna – KN) or in the official currency of the European Union (euro – EUR). All payments will be made in Croatian currency (HRK – KN). The means of payment in the Republic of Croatia is the Croatian kuna, and as a buyer you pay the cost of currency conversion. The exact amount is obtained by converting the price in euros into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank.

The price of our product on the website and in the online store includes all taxes and duties.

As a customer, you expressly agree to issue an invoice in electronic form. If you want a paper invoice, you can request it at any time by contacting us at one of our available contacts listed in the “Introduction”.

Payment for our product in the online store is possible in the following ways:

  • bank transfer / internet banking / general payment slip (applicable only to the Republic of Croatia),
  • cash on delivery – cash (applicable only to the Republic of Croatia),
  • credit cards.

By selecting the option of transfer payment upon completion of the purchase in the online store, to your Email, which you specified when completing the purchase, you will receive payment information. You can pay by online banking or general payment slip (at the bank, post office or FINA). If it is a payment from a foreign bank, all bank costs of the transaction are borne by you or the payer.

We deliver the product only after your payment is visible on our account. We do not deliver product only on the basis of a confirmation of your payment.

Cash on delivery (cash only for the Republic of Croatia)

By choosing the option of cash on delivery – cash upon completion of the purchase in the online store, you pay the supplier of product cash.

Credit cards

By choosing the option of paying by credit card in the online store, use CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of payment cards via the Internet. CorvusPay ensures the complete confidentiality of your card details from the moment you enter them in the CorvusPay payment form. Delivery

Delivery of product to your address is done through the delivery service of our choice, and our partner is General Logistics Systems Croatia doo (hereinafter: “GLS”). DIKA MONT reserves the right to choose another delivery service if in this way the product will be delivered more efficiently.

Delivery is made on weekdays. The delivery speed may deviate from the usual, eg during holidays, non-working days, during large sales promotions and other situations where difficulties during shipping and delivery are possible. Shipping and delivery times are postponed to the first following business day in case of holidays and public holidays.

The delivery price for addresses in the Republic of Croatia is HRK 30,00 HRK.

Delivery time for addresses in the Republic of Croatia is 1-5 working days. Exceptions may be islands, please see the delivery schedule to the islands at the following link: Delivery to the islands.

As a customer, when taking over the product from the supplier, you are obliged to check for any damage and immediately report them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods (product). DIKA MONT is not responsible for mechanical damage caused during delivery.
